Welcome to Guitar Jam Method! This course is for intermediate & advanced guitar students only. We'll fully explore all jam opportunities from basic static keys to full chord progressions. This course is for the creative guitarist to improve soloing & jamming.
In this course, we'll focus on how to jam over any musical idea without needing to be playing an actual song. Players with these skills can pick up the guitar and start jamming over any idea while keeping the theme, such as a major or minor key or chord, or simple chord progression, along with the tempo. We'll find infinite possibilities as we explore strumming & rhythm, chord voicings, plus modes & arpeggios across the fretboard.
Any kind of six string guitar will work well for this course - electric, acoustic, or classical guitar.
You'll learn how to combine chords & solos simultaneously. You'll also learn how to play chords & licks in a "call & response" style. Everything here will be played using a pick.
Most of these lesson videos have a PDF attachment. You can download, save, & print them. They contain the tablature with the chords, scales & modes, arpeggios, rhythms, and general text lessons that you will refer to while going through the videos. Be sure to get all the PDFs.
