Mammoth Interactive Certificate of Completion

Level 1: Why You Should Learn to Code

In Level 1, you'll learn why you should build apps for your kids or kids you know or for some need. You’ll also learn about passive income and how you can maximize your spare time by learning a new in demand skill, helping your child, helping other kids, and making some money on the side.

Level 2: Build an Education Game in Construct 3

In Level 2, you'll learn how Construct 3 works. You'll understand why Construct 3 is the best place for beginner game developers to start. You'll learn how C3 differs from the rest of the topics in this course bundle.

Even Watchable on Chromebook

Construct 3 can be used in Chromebooks, the Number One platform that kids and education companies work on because of the low cost. Because Construct 3 works on web technologies, you can build games anywhere -- even your low-end device-- without issue.

Level 3: Build a Game in Unity

In Level 3 you'll learn how to build a simple education game in Unity. You’ll learn the ins and outs of coding and Unity’s workflow. You'll make a beginner game from zero to hero. As well as add artificial intelligence (AI) to improve learning. We'll also talk about implementing art and assets.

Unity’s workflow is a bit more complicated than Construct 3’s. In Construct 3, you can only make 2D games. With Unity you can make 2D AND 3D games. Unity is a bigger program than Construct 3. Half of ALL indie games released are made in Unity.

Level 4: Build a Simple Education App in Flutter.io

In Level 4, you’ll learn an easy way to make cross-platform apps. You'll learn all about creating apps with code in more detail than any YouTube tutorial.

You’ll understand the differences between games and apps. Each serves a different purpose, down to the design and usability aspects of your project.

How to Use Flutter

Flutter is the newest development environment that makes cross-platform development easy. This means you can deploy to Android and iPhone faster and easier. Flutter uses web technologies which are easy to understand. Alibaba recently made their app in Flutter. If it’s good enough for a 25-billion dollar company, it’s good enough for you.

Level 5: Build Your Own Art Assets in Adobe Illustrator

In Level 5 you’ll learn how to make minimalist and clean designs for your apps and games.

Art for Non-Artists

Mammoth interactive is the only company that decides that art creation is as important as code creation. Because if you are making an app by yourself, it’s easier for you to make the art for the app than to outsource it or have a friend do it. Your app will be in the store and hands of customers much quicker if you just learn these basic steps.

We’ll also talk about using other art assets. However if you want to make a good custom game or app, you need to develop your own art. If you’re not artistic, that is okay. Because this section will show you how to make simple flat design vectors in Adobe Illustrator.

Are You a Stay-at-Home Parent?

Chances are, if your child is having problems or struggling with a certain area, tens of thousands of kids have the same problem. As you solve this problem, you can make passive income from App Store sales. If you child is succeeding at school, you can get them to learn ahead. You can make an app that challenges them.

Add Coding to Your Resume

By using your spare time to create apps for your kids, you will strengthen your bond with them. The best part is you can help other parents and other kids with this problem too. If you’re using your spare time to improve yourself, you’ll be a strong role model for your kids.

Fun Coding and Game Development

You’ll also learn game design fundamentals for education games and how to make education fun.
